Effective for all Mithani Tours USA group tours unless otherwise stated in the specific tour itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation. By making a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Your reservation is confirmed only after Mithani Tours USA receives the required initial deposit along with any necessary documentation. Space on each tour is limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Mithani Tours USA reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation if required payments or documents are not received by the applicable deadline.
Required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and may be applied immediately toward airline, hotel, and supplier payments.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified for your tour. Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and applicable charges.
Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for holding a reservation past the balance-payment deadline if the required payment has not been received.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Mithani Tours USA in writing. The cancellation date is determined by the date on which Mithani Tours USA receives your written request. The following schedule applies unless a different policy is stated in your specific tour's written booking terms.
The cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Mithani Tours USA cannot make exceptions for personal, medical, or unforeseen circumstances. Travelers should carefully consider this policy before making a reservation. The following are examples of circumstances that do not qualify for an exception:
Personal or family emergency, illness or hospitalization, accident or injury, death or serious illness of a family member.
Flight cancellation or delay, passport or visa issues, failure to obtain required travel documents, government or airline restrictions affecting the traveler.
Work or business commitments, change in personal circumstances, fear or concern regarding travel conditions, or weather-related personal travel decisions.
Mithani Tours USA strongly recommends that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately after making a deposit. Given that no exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made, travel insurance is your primary financial protection against unforeseen events.
Coverage to consider includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, hospitalization, lost or delayed baggage, and travel delays. Travelers are responsible for reviewing their policy carefully to understand coverage, exclusions, deductibles, and claim requirements.
Mithani Tours USA does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by an appropriate policy.
Purchasing travel insurance does not change Mithani Tours USA's cancellation and refund policy.
Any reimbursement from an insurance provider is a matter strictly between the traveler and the insurer.
The tour price covers only the services specifically listed in your tour itinerary or booking confirmation. Items not identified as included are the traveler's sole responsibility. Depending on the tour, included services may consist of accommodations, transportation, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, domestic flights, guides, and excursions.
Hotels are subject to availability and may be changed when necessary due to availability, renovations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond Mithani Tours USA's control. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide accommodations of the advertised category.
Specific room types, bed configurations, views, adjoining rooms, early check-in, and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Tour prices based on double occupancy assume two travelers sharing one room. Travelers sharing a room are responsible for respecting hotel rules and their roommate.
Travelers requesting single occupancy must pay the applicable single supplement. Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for personal disagreements between roommates.
Travel itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, airline schedules, government regulations, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond Mithani Tours USA's control. Every effort will be made to provide comparable services when changes are required. An itinerary change does not automatically qualify a traveler for a refund.
Mithani Tours USA may modify the order of activities, sightseeing locations, hotels, restaurants, or transportation when reasonably necessary.
Flight schedules, baggage allowances, and seat assignments are controlled by the airline. Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or baggage issues.
Travelers must be on time for all departures and activities. If a traveler misses a scheduled departure, Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for alternative transportation or reimbursement.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring their own readiness, safety, and conduct throughout the tour. Mithani Tours USA cannot be held responsible for issues arising from a traveler's failure to meet their individual obligations. Please review the following key areas of personal responsibility carefully before booking.
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, all required visas, travel authorizations, vaccinations, and permits. Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
Some tours involve considerable walking, stairs, high elevations, rough terrain, or physically demanding activities. Travelers with medical concerns should consult their physician and notify Mithani Tours USA before booking.
Travelers are solely responsible for passports, money, luggage, electronics, medications, and valuables. Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
All travelers must behave respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, guides, and local residents. Mithani Tours USA reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct poses a safety risk or disrupts the group, without refund.
The following provisions govern additional operational and legal aspects of all Mithani Tours USA group tours. These terms are binding upon all travelers who make a deposit or payment and apply in conjunction with the general terms outlined above.
Mithani Tours USA is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, severe weather, political unrest, pandemics, acts of terrorism, border closures, strikes, or other events beyond its reasonable control. Additional costs in such circumstances may be the traveler's responsibility.
Third-party suppliers — including airlines, hotels, and transportation providers — operate under their own terms and policies. Tour prices are based on costs available at time of offering. Additional charges may apply if there are significant increases in airfare, fuel, taxes, or other supplier costs beyond Mithani Tours USA's control.
Mithani Tours USA or designated photographers may capture photographs and videos during the tour for promotional use. Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify Mithani Tours USA in writing before or during the tour.
Tour reservations may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval. Approved name changes or substitutions may incur airline, hotel, supplier, and administrative fees. Traveler-requested changes to services are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
These general Terms & Conditions apply to all Mithani Tours USA tours unless a specific tour's written itinerary, quotation, booking confirmation, or agreement contains different terms. Where tour-specific written terms differ from these general terms, the specific written terms will apply to the extent of the difference.
Mithani Tours USA makes reasonable efforts to provide the services described in its tour materials. However, travel involves circumstances that may be outside the company's control. No guarantee is made that every itinerary, hotel, transportation service, flight, or activity will operate exactly as originally scheduled. Travelers acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks and agree to take reasonable precautions and obtain appropriate travel insurance. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
By submitting a deposit or any payment toward a Mithani Tours USA tour, the traveler acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
The traveler understands that the cancellation and refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and that travel insurance is strongly recommended.
